6 days of Mental health week celebrations with different experts focusing on Mental heath and Fitness.
1 challenge for all for improving the mental health and fitness under guidance of our team.
8 workshops will be conducted throughout the mental health week from all the experts.
All the workshops are conducted by different expert from various fields discussing on mental health.
We will be accommodating 200 participants in each workshop so that maximum of you can be benefited.
Everyone attending the workshop along with the mental health challenge will be awarded an e certificate for participation.
We are coming up with fitness and mental health challenge for a week in which we need maximum of you to participate.
To ensure the safety, convenience and better experience for our participants, we will use Google Meet.
We are focusing of mental health along with fitness. Daily 2 workshops will be conducted from different experts.
If you complete the mental health and fitness challenge you will be awarded with a challenge certificate by Cognizavest.

Cognizavest has always stood to advocate and denounce the stigma around mental health, which is why on this Mental Health Week, we invite you to be a part of a 6 Day Program on Mental Health, starting from 5th October to 10th October.

Facilitator for the program: Ms. Garvita Singh.
Ms. Garvita Singh has 6 years of experience working in health, educational and corporate sectors. She has worked on projects for companies like Pfizer, Abbott , HCAH, Pace and Spectra Pvt limited. She opted for this profession by choice as she really loves to help and guide people to overcome their worries and lead a happy life. She helps adults and teenagers who want to be confident and happy but are feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress and depression.

Facilitator for the program: Ms. Shubh Gulati
Ms. Shubh Gulati is a Counseling Psychologist, Life Skills Trainer, and International Tennis Player. She has played tennis on national and international level and has represented India at various international tournaments at international level including- 18th Asian Games 2018 held at Jakarta Camp; Palembang, 8th Asian Championship 2016 held at Japan, 15th World Championship 2015 held in Delhi and many more. She has done her masters in Applied Psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia and graduation in Applied Psychology from Gargi college, Delhi University.
Her vision is to work in the field of mental health and to improve the mental well-being for individuals, parents, children, sports professionals. She wants to work towards a stigma free society by motivating people and spreading awareness about mental health.

Facilitator for the program: Ms. Gloria Singh
Ms. Gloria Singh did her certifications in Pranayama and Yogasana from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. She has also done a certificate course in Yoga from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. She has been training and counselling people on physical and mental health through yoga for the past 3 years and also has an experience of teaching English for past 8 years

Facilitator for the program: Ms. Rachna Mishra
Ms. Rachna Mishra has done her post graduation in psychosocial clinical studies, and has trained in family therapy and counselling, she has also done a post graduate diploma in counseling and guidance and holds a b.ed degree as well. She started her career with a neurosurgeon named Dr. Pankaj Kumar Jha, as a counselling psychologist practicing techniques such as biofeedback, neurofeedback, EFT and other related concepts of positive psychology. She has three years of work experience at a drug de-addiction centre providing life skill training and motivation emotion therapy to the clients in inpatient treatment following a practice of therapeutic community ( TC) and three years of teaching experience as a PGT Psychology and counseling at two renowned schools of Delhi. She also has an independent practice.
